1. Who we are
TalentIQ.ME is a recruitment-services company headquartered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We help our clients hire SAP and ERP consultants on permanent, contract, and project bases.
2. Information we collect
- Candidate information you submit via email, our website, LinkedIn, or job-board partners — including name, contact details, CV / résumé, work history, skills, certifications, salary expectations, notice period, and visa / work-authorization status.
- Recruiter / client information — names, business email, company, role, and the open positions you share with us.
- LinkedIn-derived information when you authorise our LinkedIn application — your public profile, work history, and other fields you grant permission for under LinkedIn’s OAuth consent screen. We never receive your LinkedIn password.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and standard server logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
3. How we use your information
- To match candidates with suitable open positions at our clients.
- To contact you about roles, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- To publish job advertisements on our LinkedIn company page.
- To meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdictions of our clients.
- To improve the security, reliability, and performance of our services.
4. Sharing your information
We share candidate profiles only with prospective employer-clients who have an open position the candidate has been considered for, and only after reasonable steps to confirm the candidate’s interest. We do not sell personal information.
We use a limited number of trusted infrastructure and AI providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, OpenAI for résumé parsing) who process data on our behalf under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to our instructions.
5. LinkedIn integration
Our LinkedIn application (TalentIQ.ME) is used to publish job advertisements to the talentiqme company page and, where authorised, to import candidate profile information shared with us. We request only the minimum LinkedIn permissions necessary for these purposes, and we comply with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use and Marketing Developer Platform policies. You can revoke our LinkedIn access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings.
6. Data retention
We retain candidate information for as long as it is reasonably useful for matching you with future opportunities, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at resumes@talentiq.me.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
